SHIPPING:
We use Canada Post and Fedex to ship packages in Canada and internationally. While this is reliable and safe most of the time, there are unforeseen circumstances that cause the loss of parcels. We strongly recommend our clients to purchase shipping insurance to cover the risk in case the item does get lost in transit. To purchase shipping insurance, send an email to INFO@NATURALGEMS.CA after checking out, indicating the insurance amount to be covered. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost during shipping. 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Within three (3) days of receiving the item, if it is in good condition without any signs of wear, a return or exchange request can be made. The refund will deduct costs including, but not limited to, shipping fees, insurance costs, and customs/duties. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, insurance, and customs/duties (if international). If the item is lost, the payment will not be refunded.
